Rmail

The product

Email that wears your name

Create hello@ and you@ on the domain you already own. Read, reply, and run every mailbox in one calm browser inbox.

Browser inbox first. Your Resend account remains the delivery layer.

Core workflow

From incoming message to confident reply

The everyday mail loop, shaped around the Resend domain you already operate.

Inbox

Read real conversations, not webhook payloads

Open a familiar mailbox with unread counts, message lists, threads, and a focused reading pane. Replies arrive where a person expects to find them.

Send and reply

Write from the right custom-domain address

Compose new mail or reply inside the browser. Rmail sends through the Resend credentials attached to your domain, so delivery stays in your account.

Domains and mailboxes

One organization for every project domain

Add multiple verified domains, create addresses such as hello@ or ops@, and keep the setup state visible without jumping between notes.

Under the surface

The details that make the inbox dependable

Focused capabilities that keep domain mail organized without turning into another workspace suite.

Attachments that stay with the message

Inbound files are stored under your organization and available from the reading experience.

Organization isolation

Domains, mailboxes, credentials, and messages are scoped to the signed-in organization.

Guided Resend setup

A clear checklist tracks the domain, API key, webhook endpoint, and mailbox needed before mail can flow.

Before you start

Bring the parts you already control

Rmail does not replace Resend or take ownership of your domain. It connects them to a usable browser inbox.

A Resend account

Your own account supplies the API key used for mail on your domain.

A verified domain

Complete Resend's DNS records so sending and receiving are authenticated.

The Rmail webhook

Point Resend's email.received webhook at the URL shown inside domain setup.

Focused by design

A browser inbox — not an IMAP server

Version one does not provide IMAP, POP, or SMTP login for Apple Mail, Outlook, or the Gmail app. Use Rmail in the browser; keep a separate mailbox host when a third-party client is required.

  • No IMAP login
  • No POP mailbox
  • No SMTP credentials for external apps

Give your Resend domain a daily inbox

Create your organization, connect a verified domain, and start handling custom-domain mail in the browser.
