By creating an account or using Rmail, you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Rmail provides a browser inbox and related tooling that works with Resend accounts and custom domains you connect.

The product is offered as a beta. Features, availability, and interfaces may change.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Resend account, API keys, DNS records, and domain ownership
• Complying with Resend's terms and acceptable use policies
• The content of messages you send and the addresses you create
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Following our Acceptable Use policy

The service is provided as-is during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific deliverability rates, or feature permanence. We may suspend or modify the beta as needed to protect users or infrastructure.

You must follow the Acceptable Use policy at /acceptable-use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

A live domain is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown for your country. Nigeria sees naira. Other countries see dollars. Paystack collects naira. Outside Nigeria, the dollar price is converted at ₦1,400 per $1. That period covers unlimited mailboxes on that hostname. Payment is one-time through Paystack. We do not keep a card on file for automatic renewals.

When a paid period ends, inbound mail still arrives. You cannot send, and you cannot read messages in full, until you pay again. You may unbind a domain and bind another hostname to the same paid period. There is no refund for unused time.

Included storage is 100 MB per organization. Crossing 100 MB does not charge you. New attachments stop until you pay the storage price shown for your country for 2 GB, or free space. Over 2 GB, attachments stop again. Paystack adds its transaction fee at checkout. There is no free public plan and no trial.

Complimentary access may be granted or revoked at our discretion. We may refuse obvious multi-account storage farms. Your Resend usage is billed by Resend under your Resend account. Rmail does not charge per send or per workspace seat.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal reasons, or prolonged inactivity after notice when practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rightal Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the beta service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for Rmail in the three months before the claim (if any) or one hundred U.S. dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
